Bringing the excellence to you

School Policy
1. Class payment
The first time a student gets in touch with Pianoma involves a free trial lesson.
Due to the volume of requests we receive, all classes for students enrolled in the center must be paid upfront prior to the date of the class. No subsequent payments will be accepted in any case.
The following forms of payment are accepted: Bank transfer, credit/debit card payment and Bizum.

2. Cancellation
Since our goal is to offer a service adapted to the student, we try to ensure that the teacher's schedule is respected, so that he/she can prepare his/her classes and organize his/her workload. For this reason, we require that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Unannounced cancellations or absences with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in situations of force majeure: serious illness or duly justified emergencies.
In the case of cancellations with more than 24 hours notice, the student will be offered the option of rescheduling the class within a maximum period of one month. If it is not possible to reschedule the class due to the student's unavailability, the class will be considered cancelled and will not be refunded.
The scheduling of your class timetable is done in agreement with your teacher. When you choose a class subscription with a set schedule (monthly or quarterly) we will charge for your classes taking into account the official holidays of your country of residence, so don't worry about being away at Easter or Christmas, for example. If you don't find yourself in a situation where you have to cancel 2 or more lessons per month, we recommend that you follow our one class pass program.
Finally, please remember that you can unsubscribe whenever you want. You can do so by emailing us at info@pianomamusicschool.com. We will credit you for the classes that you have not taken.

3. Teaching team
Our team of teachers is made of collaborators who participate in the good work and development of the educational activities that Pianoma offers through its platform and website. Under no circumstances we are responsible for possible misunderstandings caused by a disagreement regarding the teaching methodology, bibliography or practices of the teacher.
If this situation arises, do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to offer you the best possible solution. If you are not convinced with your teacher or your progress, we will put you in touch with a member of our team who can make the best out of you.
4. Our services
Pianoma offers online classes through a platform and external application services. Considering this factor, we cannot guarantee that the service can be offered with full quality, but we are trying to improve every day in order to look for alternatives and solutions.
Any problem derived from a failure in an external service will be duly compensated by us.
